Here is a turn key, no thoughts involved, daily workout.
I'm not promising it to be easy or get you over night results, but it's something I do myself and has made a world of difference in body composition and mental toughness.
This is designed with some know how of basic lifts and exercises. Some short video's are included to help with explanation that may be unclear.
Every month I'll give you 30 new workouts to complete. You can pick and choose what you want to do, or become unbreakable and do them all!
I don't give weight amounts or percentages, you will have to figure that out on your own since we are all at different levels of strength and experience.
If something is unclear use google and youtube for any further explanations or reach out.
If you can't do an exercise skip it and replace it, but do the best you can to learn how to complete all exercises even if that means you hire a coach for 1 or 2 sessions.
